Deepest sympathy to the family, Erich and I first meet as first graders in A Montoya and we were friends and reasonably close all through our early teen years before high school. Played Little league together, he was great 2nd base and fast. In and out friends after high school as we all went our own ways keeping touch with social media. had a great reunion of the mountain "kids" at our 50th.Got to see him again after so long.He was very proud of his family. Erich was my oldest friend. We met in 5th grade when I moved into the East Mountains. He and I spent most of our free time together, riding dirt bikes, listening to records, going on double dates. In later years we corresponded by email, sharing jokes, videos, and life events. My heart aches today. Good bye, my friend!

I sincerely send my condolences for your loss. I knew Erich when we both attended Roosevelt Jr and Manzano High School. I remember Erich as a happy guy and always had a smile. The last time we saw each other was at our "Mountain Kids" gathering in 2021 during our 50th Manzano HS reunion. Rest in peace Erich.
