Robin Linda Ferguson

1942–2026

It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of Robin Linda Ferguson, age 84, a lifelong resident of Albuquerque, New Mexico. Robin passed away on June 2, 2026.

Born and raised in Albuquerque, Robin was known for her big heart, quick wit, and the ability to make everyone around her feel like family. Whether you were a lifelong friend or someone she just met, chances are she greeted you with her trademark "Hon" and left you smiling. Robin loved to laugh, tell stories, and never hesitated to speak her mind. She had a colorful vocabulary that often added to her charm and kept those around her entertained.

Robin was a strong, resilient woman who worked as a bartender for many years. She took pride in her work, made friends everywhere she went, and was never one to tolerate nonsense from anyone. Her toughness was matched only by her loyalty and generosity to the people she loved. Beneath her strong exterior was a deeply caring woman who would do anything for her family and friends.

Robin was preceded in death by her parents, Charlie and Sally White; her sister, Beverly Jo Stotts; her husband of 48 years, Ronald W. Ferguson; and her sons, Martin Odell and Randy Charles Ricks.

She is survived by her children, Ronald W. Ferguson Jr. and wife Meya, Martha Perez, and Heather White. She was the proud grandmother and great-grandmother of numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Robin is also survived by her nieces, Linda Raphael and Brenda Baker Christianson; her sisters, Ann Vanderhart, Patsy Southern, and Betty Beck; and her brother-in-law, Jim Beck.

Robin's strength, humor, warmth, and unforgettable personality will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

A memorial service will be announced at a later date.
